Simon joined APV in 2020 and is a Registered Valuer having completed a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate. Since then he has specialised in the valuation of land, buildings and other structures with a focus mainly on local governments, not-for-profit entities, universities and rental determinations. Simon is a RICS Registered Valuer.
