Josef is an Infrastructure Valuer who joined the APV team in 2023. He holds bachelor’s degrees for Civil Engineering, Construction Management and Quantity Surveying. 

Before joining APV, Josef has experience working on unique projects such as Q1 Fortune Centre in Qingdao, China, and working in China Railway Construction Engineering Group as associate engineer.

Since joining APV, Josef has gained valuable experience in the valuation of infrastructure assets such as road pavements and water supply/sewerage related valuation.
