John has over 25 years extensive experience in asset valuation for corporate having joined APV in 1993, This includes  local governments, non-for-profit organisations and government-owned corporations as well as project controls and estimation experience related to the coal mining industry. John has been primarily responsible for the project management and valuation of complex plant and equipment and  infrastructure assets such as ports, airports, universities, roads, water and sewage treatment.
