Janaka is a Senior Engineer with bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He has more than seven years’ experience in Civil Engineering Design and Construction Project Management and nine years’ experience in infrastructure asset condition inspections and valuation. Prior to working with APV, Janaka was employed with a private sector company involved with Hydro Power Plant design and construction. He also worked in Water and Sewerage designs sector as well. Janaka has vast experience in the valuation of complex infrastructure assets such as Dams, Ports and Tunnels as well as plant and machinery valuation.
